Persians are considered one of the oldest cat breeds. They have always been prized for their long, soft fur and beautiful looks. Just take Gizmo, who won Best in Show at the 2009 International Cat Show in Atlanta, Georgia. Her beautiful, copper-colored eyes, fluffy fur, and distinctive flat face wowed the judges so much that they awarded her first prize. Not only are these cats beautiful, but these puffballs also make great pets. They are calm, mild-mannered, and get along well with other cats, dogs, and children. They are the purr-fect addition to any family. A narrative treat for all cat lovers, Persians: Long-Haired Friendsincludes fun, real-life stories about these cats while also recounting the breed’s history, personality, suitability as a pet, and the special characteristics that set it apart from other breeds. Cat lovers will certainly agree that it’s the purr-fect read!
