"The Red Book: What to Do When You're Angry" is a part of a four book series, "Colorful Minds: Tips for Managing Your Emotions - Anger, Excitement, Sadness & Nervousness. This is a great book to add to your school library SEL collection. What I really liked about this book is the tips & activities for young children to try to ease their anger like: target practice with paper ball, shout here spot, clear your mind in the clouds, push the buttons workout to exercise your body and mind. I like this book gives many tips to ease anger, but also explains why it important to calm your anger. I looking forward to also purchasing the other books in this series for my school library collection. Book includes: table of contents, glossary, index, little ideas - tips/tricks page, and other list of activities in www.factsurfer.com
