'The World of Dinosaurs series brings to life the time of the dinosaurs. The colors pop and bring the dinosaurs off the page. The limited text makes the books appropriate for early learners, yet it is recommended for grades 4-6. Vocabulary is highlighted and then defined in the glossary at the back of the book. The text is scattered across the page making the reading seem very manageable to reluctant readers. The wide variety of text features make the books conducive to early research. The series includes Allosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Apatosaurus, Diplodocus, Oviraptor, Parasaurolophus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus Rex and Velociraptor.
